Pumpkin 300g
Carrots 300g
Celery root 200g
One onion
Oil or butter for frying 2-3 tbsp.
White pepper
Nutmeg
Salt
Preparation
Cut and fry the onion, then add other vegetables cut into small pieces.
Add about half a litre of water and cook for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables become soft.
Add spices and blend it.
Serve with "Krippu" crackers. For garnishment you can use panned pumpkin seeds.
