Pink cheese creme

Ingredients

  • Krippu” chickpea crackers
  • 4 teaspoons fresh goat cheese
  • ½ teaspoon beet powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano or 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon oil (pumpkin, grape seed or other optional)
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until homogenous.
  2. Fill the pink goat cheese creme in the cake spice or bag and decorate crackers.
  3. Crackers will be crispy for about 1 hour.
