Ingredients
- “Krippu” crackers
- 100 g hemp seeds
- 4 tbsp. oil (pumpkin, grapeseed or other, as chosen) or 3 Tbsp butter
- Salt, pepper.
Preparation
You can use ready-made hemp products: stack, butter, sauce or prepare your own at home.
- Hemp butter is made of roasted (at low temperatures, as carcinogenic substances develop at high temperatures) and ground seeds or seeds mashed in a masher. Add salt, pepper to taste.
- If the hemp butter (stack) appears to be intense in taste, it can be confused with butter or to prepare a sauce - add a few tablespoons of neutral oil.
