Dark seed bread with hummus

Ingredients

  • Hummus
  • Arugula
  • Tomatoes
  • Fresh cucumber
  • Seed sprouts
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Put hummus, a slice of cucumber, arugula, slices of cherry tomatoes on a slice of bread, sprinkle with seed sprouts.
  2. It is recommended to prepare hummus yourself - blend boiled chickpeas, oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic and tahini.
  3. Tahini is obtained by roasting sesame seeds with oil and grinding them in a blender to a homogeneous mass.
  4. Chopped greens are added to the hummus mass at the end.
