Ingredients

Option 1

  • Krippu" crackers (flavor of your choice)
  • 90 g of dandelion leaves
  • 120 g of sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
  • 100 g of peeled pumpkin seeds
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • A little lemon juice

Option 2

  • "Krippu" crackers (flavor of your choice)
  • 100 g of dandelion leaves
  • 100 g of Parmesan cheese
  • 120 g of walnuts
  • 120 ml of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • A little lemon juice

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a blender (a hand blender is also suitable) and blend until a homogeneous thick mass is obtained.
