Black olive sauce

Ingredients

  • Krippu” crackers 
  • 1 cup (250ml) black olives, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed (extra virgin) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

All ingredients mix into a blender and puree until a homogeneous mass.
