On the evening of January 12, the employees of Cannelle Bakery gathered at the annual "End of the Year Ball", where we looked back at the previous year's achievements, as well as closed our Jubilee year together.
An employee survey has already become a tradition, in which, based on the company's values, employees have voted for the colleague who best matches each nomination. The evaluation of colleagues was won: in the nomination "QUALITY" - Andris Zīders, in the nomination "RESPONSIBILITY" - Airisa Zaķe, in the nomination "COMMON SENSE" - Evija Kovaleva, in the nomination "CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT" - Jogita Apšukrapše, while "COLLEGE OF THE YEAR 2023" became Dzintars Freimanis. Employees who have worked in the company for many years were also welcomed. We congratulated Aija Olbačevska and Mareks Anšis for 15 years of working in the company, and congratulated Renate Bīlava, Egons Henzelis and Dzintars Freimanis for 20 years of working in the company. On the other hand, Andris Zīders, who has been working in the company for 30 years, received a special ovation and applause.
