The most important food exhibition in the Baltics, Riga Food 2021, took place in the Ķipsala exhibition hall from September 9 to 11. At the Cannelle Bakery stand, we presented our news - packaged products for store freezer showcases! We offered the visitors of the exhibition to taste products from two product lines "Ready to enjoy" and "Bake at home", they include such products as cottage cheese balls, "Biezpiennelle", patties with smoked meat, shortbread squares with cottage cheese, mini pizzas, frittatas, tofu cupcakes and others. 300 companies from 15 countries participated in Riga Food 2021, providing a broad insight into the development of the industry, as well as helping to build the foundations of professional cooperation.
