On June 28 and 29, the World Latvian Economic and Innovation Forum was held in Valmiera, organized by the people of Valmiera in cooperation with PBLA and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia. In this forum, the emphasis was placed on the penetration of Latvian companies into the markets of the USA and Asian countries.

The forum brought together Latvian businessmen and professionals from the USA, Australia, Singapore and Europe, who, by sharing their experiences, helped to understand and get to know these different regions of the world. As part of the forum, there was also a national economy exhibition, in which Cannelle Bakery participated with its stand.

Our products were highly appreciated and it was a special satisfaction that Latvians in the USA rated our newest product – bagels. Their taste was recognized by our compatriots as excellent and in line with the American understanding of quality bagels. As mentioned by one of the forum participants, on a 10-point rating scale, they correspond to the highest rating - 10 points.
