Gulfood 2021, one of the world's largest and most popular food industry exhibitions, took place in Dubai this year under the challenging conditions of the Covid 19 pandemic. This year, 85 countries participated in the exhibition, which took place from February 21 to 25, and Cannelle Bakery offered its products at the Latvian general stand together with the other five Latvian food producers. Cannelle Bakery offered bagels, cottage cheese balls with various fillings, cinnamon buns, egg-spinach buns and Biezpiennelli to the global market. We are pleased that it was Biezpiennelle that achieved great success at the exhibition, winning a place in the list of products nominated for the nomination of the most innovative products and as a result receiving a diploma as a finalist. This is a high rating in an exhibition of such a global scale as Gulfood 2021 in Dubai. Although the intensity of visitors to the exhibition was lower this year, due to the high requirements of safety and hygiene, we made sure that the products offered by Cannelle Bakery were attractive to potential customers, who showed a truly interested desire for further cooperation. The newly acquired business contacts and also the high evaluation in the competition of the most innovative products are a satisfaction for the exhibition and a basis for further work to further increase the export turnover.
