On August 19, Maizes iela welcomed Riga residents and city guests to Vērmanes garden for the fifth year as part of the Riga festivities, and our company - Cannelle Bakery - has also participated in it all these years. New to our range this year were bagels, which received good reviews at the Fancy Food Show in New York this June. At the Maize Street stand in Vērmanes Gardens, we started with the motto - "Bagelis - New York's cult food". We offered several recipes and ways to serve bagels and people had the opportunity to taste and get to know this still little-known product on the Latvian market. Of course, we also offered our well-known products, of which this year, the highest approval was for smooth, sandy squares with cottage cheese and cottage cheese scones.
