We are pleased to announce that after intensive work, we have successfully completed the current certification of the company according to the requirements of the BRC standard. The internationally elite British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global standard for Food Safety certificate certifies product quality, good production practices, food safety and presents the manufacturer as a reliable cooperation partner.

It is issued for one year, and once a year the company must undergo an audit, in which the company is evaluated according to the requirements specified in the standard. The certification was successfully completed in May and the confirmation is the certificate just received. There is a feeling of a job well done and we say a big thank you to the entire team of Cannelle Bakery and especially to the production manager Inese Vārna for the continuous work on improving the quality management system.
