At the international exhibition Riga Food 2017, which took place from September 6 to 9, Cannelle Bakery highlighted its newest product - American bagels, which already received good reviews in New York this year. Although it is a relatively little-known product on the Latvian market, the visitors of Riga Food appreciated them. Of course, at the exhibition there was also the opportunity to taste our famous traditional products – mini patties with smoked meat, schlandrauši, cottage cheese scones and cottage cheese balls with cherry and blueberry fillings. This year, Cannelle Bakery also participated in the competition for the best packaging at the exhibition. "Riga Food 2017" was attended by more than 700 companies from a total of more than 35 countries.
