Cannelle Bakery participated in the food exhibition "Tallinn FoodFest" from October 27 to 29. It is the largest B2B (business to business) food exhibition in the Baltic States, which gathered more than 6,000 food industry professionals in Tallinn. We were pleased that our products were recognized by the participants of the exhibition, but from the offered range, they rated cottage cheese scones and mini snacks with smoked meat the most. "Väga maitsev!" (very tasty!) – that was the phrase we heard most often at tastings. The taste of the consumers of our neighboring country is close to the traditional sense of taste of the people of Latvia, which leads to the conclusion that it is a good market outlet for Cannelle Bakery products.
