Cannelle Bakery participates in Reaton Professional Days 2017

Cannelle Bakery successfully participated in the ambitious Reaton Professional Days 2017, which brought together restaurant, cafe, hotel and retail professionals for an extensive product exhibition and masterclass programme. For our company, they turned into a marathon of exhibitions, because on February 7 and 8 we were in Tallinn, on February 15-16 in Riga and on February 21-22 in Vilnius. Reaton Food Professionals Days are not customer days in their classic sense, they are a meeting place for industry professionals, an opportunity to learn about world news in the food industry and watch master classes of the best local and foreign chefs. Cannelle Bakery was also pleased to hear the rave reviews. At Reaton's professional days in Riga, one of our best chefs, Mārtiņš Rītiņš, also praised our company's products, especially praising patties with smoked meat.
