On August 13, as part of the Riga festival, for the fourth year already in Vērmanes garden, visitors were welcomed by Maizes iela, and our company - Cannelle Bakery has also participated in it all these years. This year, we offered novelties from our product range - cottage cheese scones, grain-seed buns, one-bite pies with egg and greens, as well as cottage cheese balls with raspberry filling. The visitors could also taste the products already known on the market - sand squares with cottage cheese filling and mini pies with smoked meat, as well as the Kurzemniki traditional delicacies sklandrausi, which is registered as a protected product at the EU level in the food quality scheme "Guaranteed traditional specialty". In addition, Cannelle Bakery is the largest producer of flatbreads in Latvia and around the world.
