This year, on February 9, Cannelle Bakery again obtains the Kosher certificate. It is awarded to nine of our products. The certification allows us to export these products not only to Israel, but also to many other countries where consumers consider kosher products to be extremely high quality food. The certificate certifies that the product is manufactured in accordance with Jewish religious traditions, which set very strict requirements not only for the production process, but also for the components of the product and their mutual compatibility. Obtaining the Kosher certificate last time was a new experience for us, but it is also not easy to renew it, because the entire production process, products and equipment are checked by a Jewish clergyman - a rabbi on site at the production site. This year, we are pleased with the work invested and the re-awarding of the certificate, which shows that our production maintains a high bar of product quality requirements, as well as expanding export opportunities.
