On August 27, Cannelle Bakery participated in the "Milk, Bread and Honey Festival" in Jelgava, which was held for the 16th time. In a series of many events, our company treated us to its delicacies in Herzoga Jēkab Square and, in honor of this holiday, offered a novelty - cottage cheese scones. Cannelle Bakery also participated in the Latvian regional competition "Curd and bread delicacies on the festive table", where we were well evaluated, as we received good feedback both from the jury and from the many visitors. Our employee Kristīne Mieriņa-Sleže, who offered "Curd and rye breadcrumb delicacy" for the competition, also earned praise.
