This year, at the "Riga Food 2020" exhibition, which took place in the Ķīpsala exhibition hall from September 9 to 12, Cannelle Bakery introduced the visitors to its stand with already known products, as well as new ones. Those interested could taste the products that several trading companies will offer to store visitors in the near future - our frozen products in convenient packaging. These are Cannelle Bakery's mini pies with smoked meat, bagels, curd balls with various fillings and a curd delicacy, for which we tried to get suggestions for the product name during the exhibition. Riga Food 2020 this year, despite the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, was an important event that offered to get acquainted with the development of the industry, its news, as well as to meet industry professionals in order to make new contacts. This year, 450 entrepreneurs from 25 countries participated in it.
