From September 2 to 5, Cannelle Bakery participated in the most important Baltic food industry exhibition "Riga Food 2015", which had its anniversary this year. For the 20th time, it brought together representatives of the food industry, this year a record number of almost 700 companies, professionals and gourmets from 37 countries. Tastings were held on all four days of the exhibition to find out the opinion of consumers. Cannelle Bakery's stand received a great response from visitors. Our frozen pastry products, which were freshly baked on site, were praised by visitors as very tasty and convenient to use. On the other hand, seminars and rounds of business negotiations were included in the exhibition program for food product manufacturers - professionals. The exhibition "Riga Food 2015" proved that the food industry is developing and interest in the food market of the Baltic countries is growing.
