Cannelle Bakery at the Fancy Food Show in New York

From June 25 to 27, Cannelle Bakery participated in the New York food fair Fancy Food Show, offering the new product - bagels called "The American Bagel". The chairman of the board of Cannelle Bakery, Ivars Skrebelis, says that the company has been operating in the US market for several years, but the bagels of its own brand will really be a new product there. In America, bagels are baked differently, but our product is made from Latvian raw materials. The composition is supposedly very simple, but the result of the unique recipe and technology of Cannelle Bakery is a unique taste. Our bagels have already won the praise of world-renowned inventor Alan Amron, who called them exceptionally delicious. With the support of LIAA, Cannelle Bakery, participating in the New York food fair Fancy Food Show, also with the supporting presence of A. Amron, hopes to find business cooperation partners in the USA and Canada.
