Cannelle Bakery at the exhibition Riga Food 2016

Cannelle Bakery participated in the international exhibition Riga Food 2016, which took place from September 7 to 10. We introduced our new products to the visitors of the exhibition - several types of cottage cheese scones, which contain 60% cottage cheese and taste like home-baked, as well as grain-seed buns, which do not contain flour, but contain only grains and seeds. Of course, at the exhibition there was also the opportunity to taste our famous traditional products - pies and sklandrausi. During the exhibition, we tested the flavors of our new products - curd scones, and among the three types - scones with raisins, orange or pear flavor, the visitors of the exhibition gave the highest rating to the curd scones with orange flavor.
