Cannelle Bakery participated in the exhibition Anuga 2019, which took place from October 5 to 9 in Cologne. Anuga 2019, which celebrates its 100-year anniversary from 1919 to today, has become one of the largest food industry exhibitions in the world.

This year it gathered 7,590 participants from all over the world, including 50 companies from Latvia. Anuga participated in the Cannelle Bakery exhibition for the third time (Anuga takes place every 2 years), but this time we exhibited our products in the hall intended for frozen products.

We are very satisfied with this opportunity and also with the results of the exhibition, because the share of frozen products in the global food industry is growing rapidly and Cannelle Bakery was one of almost 600 companies that offered their frozen products at this exhibition. This gave us the opportunity to position our products in the international market in a much more targeted manner and to find potential customers.

At Anuga 2019, we offered products that best correspond to market trends and consumer demand. Anuga 2019 was the first exhibition where we used a product display with an exposition where you can see our product range in nature. Such exposure is also intended to be used in other important exhibitions. The range of products may vary depending on what products are in demand in a particular region.
