Cannelle Bakery participated in the international exhibition HOFEX 2019, which took place from May 7 to 10 in Hong Kong. We participated in the HOFEX exhibition for the second time. It is the leading food, beverage and hospitality exhibition in Asia with a history of 32 years.

The exhibition is organized every two years. In 2017, it was visited by around 39,000 visitors from 86 countries, while the number of participants in the exhibition reached around 2,660, representing 74 countries. At this year's show, Cannelle Bakery offered five types of bagels and cottage cheese balls with different fillings.

Thanks to the recent years' investments and participation in international exhibitions, we have already established cooperation with a couple of large customers in the Asian market, and we hope to be able to start a permanent supply to this region in the near future. This time at the international exhibition "HOFEX 2019" in Hong Kong, we were pleasantly surprised by the great interest in bagels, especially from local cafes and restaurants, who were already ready to order them.
