Cannelle Bakery participated in the international exhibition HOFEX 2017, which took place from May 8 to 11 in Hong Kong. HOFEX 2017 is one of the largest food fairs in Asia with more than 2,500 participants from 74 countries. This time, in addition to frozen products, which are our main products, Cannelle Bakery also offered other products at the exhibition - rye bread, rye bread crisps with different flavors, different types of cookies. Attending HOFEX 2017 was a great experience to meet industry professionals, mostly from Southeast Asian countries, who had a great understanding of how to market the products we offer. Interestingly, the greatest interest was in our frozen curd balls and rye crisps, which we offered for the first time at an international exhibition.
