At the Gatronord exhibition in Stockholm, Cannelle Bakery participated for the first time. The international exhibition Gastronord is one of the most important food and beverage exhibitions in Northern Europe and, since 1985, gathers industry professionals every other year. Cannelle Bakery offered frozen products, which is not new in the Nordic countries, but our products were very well received. Our mini patties with smoked meat were a pleasant surprise for the Swedes, because such a product is not known in this country. Perhaps it could become a novelty on the Swedish market. One-bite cinnamon buns specially prepared for the exhibition also gained popularity. Cinnamon buns are one of the most demanded pastries in the Nordic countries and visitors appreciated the taste of our cinnamon buns. Biscuits and curd balls with different fillings were also very well appreciated. At the Gastronord exhibition, we made sure that the products offered by Cannelle Bakery are also attractive to potential customers in Northern Europe.
