Cannelle Bakery participated in one of the largest international food exhibitions in Asia - Foodex Japan 2018, which took place in Tokyo from March 6 to 8, gathering more than 85,000 food industry professionals and market representatives. At this global forum, Cannelle Bakery offered its products at the Latvian national stand together with five other companies in our food industry with 3,350 exhibitors. Foodex Japan 2018 was a successful exhibition for Cannelle Bakery, as we attracted the interest of several potential cooperation partners. Mini curd balls with blueberry filling and mini nibbles with cinnamon filling were the most appreciated by representatives of the Asian market, but one of the Japanese supermarket chains was also interested in our latest offering – American bagels. We also received an appreciation for the practical and easy-to-use packaging of Cannelle Bakery products.
