Cannelle Bakery participated in the international exhibition "Anuga 2015", which took place from October 10 to 14 in the German city of Cologne. The "Anuga" exhibition is known worldwide as a food product information and contact exchange. The exhibition's total exhibition area is almost 300,000 square meters, where at least 100 countries of the world present their products every second year. Latvia was represented this year by 25 companies that offered their products at five national collective stands. Cannelle Bakery offered frozen products at the Latvian bread stand. There was interest in our products from representatives of different countries from all continents. Mini patties with smoked meat won the greatest praise at the exhibition, but visitors also liked shortbread cookies with different fillings. By participating in the "Anuga 2015" exhibition, we made sure that the products and sales concept offered by Cannelle Bakery are attractive to potential customers - grocers. The many newly acquired business contacts are the basis for further work to continue growing the export turnover.
