For the second year in a row, we participated in one of the largest international sweets and confectionery exhibitions, ISM, which took place in Cologne from January 31 to February 3. The exhibition gathered more than 1,600 suppliers from 65 countries, 38,500 visitors from 146 countries, which is more than last year. Cannelle Bakery, which was represented by ProfFoods at the ISM exhibition, offered patties, curd balls and shortbread cookies with various fillings for customer evaluation, a total of ten types of products. Exhibition visitors highly appreciated our products, which were baked on site and offered for tasting. Negotiations with potential customers were also successful, and it is possible that in the near future buyers will become familiar with Cannelle Bakery products not only in Germany, but also in Sweden and Denmark.
