We have successfully completed the regular certification of the company according to the requirements of the BRC standard and received the internationally elite certificate - British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global standard for Food Safety. It confirms the quality of production, good production practices, food safety and presents the producer as a reliable cooperation partner. Due to the extraordinary situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the audit took place under special conditions - remotely with internet communication. The certificate is issued for half a year, not for a year as usual. In half a year, if an emergency situation is not established in the country, an on-site audit will be conducted. The issued certificate extension in this situation is a very high assessment for Cannelle Bakery, as it proves the company's readiness to meet the high standard and additional requirements related to the Covid-19 situation.
