From October 7 to 11, the largest food industry exhibition Anuga 2023 took place in the German city of Cologne. This time, Cannelle Bakery was represented in 2 halls, thus concentrating the various range of offered products.
In the hall of frozen products, this time we cooperated with the company Tērvete Food, which also operates in Saldus region. Both companies produce and offer frozen products.
On the other hand, at another stand, we were part of the collective stand of Latvian Bread and bakeries, where several bakeries from Latvia had united. Our offer included delicious rye bread and Krippu Turkish pea crackers.
In general, the exhibition was very successful, we have acquired several potential customers, with the help of which we could expand the range of goods offered for export.
